End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Garbage Beast ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of any software, applications, and services provided by Garbage Beast (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part thereof without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided as part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the Service to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Service are owned by Garbage Beast or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property except as expressly stated.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garbage Beast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Garbage Beast operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
